THYME

Thyme is an herb with culinary, medicinal and ornamental uses.  It’s native to the Mediterranean.

Due to the aromatic flavor, thyme is used widely in soap industry.

The flowers and leaves are also applied for preparing tea and treacle.

Furthermore, the sweet, but strong, aroma is excellent for spicing vegetables, fish, meat, sauces, and liquors (Benedictine).

Thyme seeds take 21 days to germinate and be transplanted in the garden and a further 60 days to begin harvesting.

To harvest Thyme, cut the branches above a leaf node to allow the plant to regrow.

Packaging is done in one kilogram boxes.
